Aquarium Maintenance & Services
We offer tailored maintenance routines for both installed and existing aquariums, with recommended service frequencies of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
We acquire, quarantine, and deliver fish & plants for your aquarium. Once the livestock is deemed to be healthy, we will deliver and introduce it to your aquarium (freshwater & saltwater fish/plants).
Install computer monitoring to your aquarium. The system will notify us if there are any issues with water levels or equipment performance.
For both acrylic & glass aquariums.
We can examine every fish in your aquarium to make sure they are all healthy. We check for fungus, clamped fins, labored breathing & bloating, which are all warning signs for a possible issue. We begin treatment once we diagnose the fish's disease or illness. The medications and treatments we use are proven to eradicate parasites and diseases.
We reduce nitrite levels to a non-toxic range. Water replacement is dependent on the filtration & stocking level of the aquarium.
Excess food and waste gets lodged between substrate rocks & sand. If left to decay, it can pose as a potential threat to your aquarium.
All algae thrives in aquariums. Large amounts algae can be harmful to the health of your fish (Algae Reduction is included with every aquarium maintenance service).
All water parameters should be balanced w/ routine aquarium maintenance service. Aquariums that are not routinely serviced, may have water levels that are considered unacceptable.
We test for ph, kh, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and salinity levels. Once we pinpoint the issue, we will bring all levels back to an appropriate range.
Filters must be cleaned often to maximize their lifespan & performance. Filter media, pads, socks, and carbon will all be replaced with each aquarium maintenance service.
In conjunction with the filter, heaters, skimmers, and UV light are often used to keep corals, fish, plants, and invertebrates thriving. Heaters can get stuck in the on or off position, skimmers become clogged, and UV bulbs wear down. It's imperative that all equipment is working properly to maintain the health of your aquarium and its inhabitants.

We move aquariums. Whether it’s across the room or across the tri-state, we’ve got you covered. When we move aquariums, we take extra precaution to dismantle and pack up your aquarium and its components carefully. We remove and pack up your livestock and place them carefully into holding containers for transport, we then break down and pack up your existing aquarium, hardscape and decor, and all of your aquariums equipment and components. Once packed, we make the drive to the new location where we install your aquarium and its counterparts, making sure we level your aquarium’s stand, and then we acclimate and introduce your livestock into the aquarium. With this method, we are able to control the move from start to finish.
